Issue 2 is 78% Funded!

We've surpassed our total funding for issue 1 and are currently sitting at $7,884, which means we're only $2,116 away from reaching our goal! If you haven't had the chance to back our second issue, now would be the perfect time. You can pick up a digital copy for just $5!

Anime NYC

As conventions are making their return, this will be our first time back at a convention together as a team. Starting this Friday, we'll be tabling at AnimeNYC at our illustrator Hammling's booth in Artist's Alley; table D7! We'll have books and goodies from Issue #1 of our campaign; so if you're attending, come by and say hi!

Hey all,

Long time no talk. The Monkey and Peach team have been working hard and we’re happy to announce that we’re wrapping up on Issue #2 of Monkey and Peach! Nowwith a ton of guest artists, story and action planned ahead. Just to give you a little taste, here’s a tiny sneak peek at what we have going on: 

We hope you’re as excited as we are for the launch of Issue #2, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, come say hi to us in the coming month as we will be appearing at a couple of conventions! We’ll be at NY Comic-Con (October 7-10) and AnimeNYC (November 19-21). We will update you with booth information when we can. Look forward to seeing you all there.

Issue 2 Update + Jerry Ma Kickstarter

Hey all,

Just wanted to give a quick update on issue 2. We have reached the penciling stage of the book and should be moving on to inking shortly after. Excited to get it in people's hands!

Also my friend Jerry Ma, who donated to the first campaign and is working on an alternate cover for the second, has launched his 3rd Kickstarter! It's a modern adaptation of the Monkey King story but set in downtown Chinatown. I got to read an early copy of it and it is awesome. Has great humor, kick-ass art and a lot of heart.

Hey Backers, It's been awhile since our last update. The team just wanted to announce that Issue #2 of Monkey and Peach is currently in development. The team needed some time to work on some personal projects and also really fine tune what we wanted to do with Monkey and Peach moving forward.

We have a lot of great stuff planned for the next issue. More spells, creatures and a bigger look at the world of Wa. The team is also planning a lot of fun stuff to release leading up to the next campaign as well.

 Look forward to seeing more updates in the future!
